Hydraulic jack is different from other lifting machinery. There are basically no transmission parts such as gears inside, so how does the jack lift heavy objects?

The hydraulic jack uses the oil as the medium to transmit power through the principle of different pressure of the oil in the sealed space of different volumes, and finally achieve the effect that the user can lift the heavy object with only a small force to repeatedly lift the pressure handle. When the user lifts the handle, the small piston in the hydraulic jack is driven to rise and suck out the oil in the oil tank. At this time, the user only needs to press the handle with a small force to squeeze the sucked oil into the hydraulic cylinder. As the handle is constantly lifted and pressed down, the oil is continuously pressed from the oil tank into the hydraulic cylinder, the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder is continuously increased, the large piston is gradually pushed up, and finally the heavy object is jacked up.

In principle, the hydraulic jack converts the power of the lifting handle into the power of lifting heavy objects by using the liquid pressure. Therefore, the hydraulic jack can enable the user to lift several tons or even dozens of tons of heavy objects only by manually lifting and pressing the handle.
