With the rapid growth of the number of new energy vehicles, their maintenance and repair needs are increasing day by day. Unlike gasoline vehicles, the chassis of new energy vehicles is usually equipped with a power battery pack, resulting in a heavier body weight and higher requirements for the safety of the jacking operation. When using pneumatic hydraulic jacks, the following safety regulations must be strictly followed to ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel.

Firstly, ensure that the vehicle is parked on a flat and solid hard surface, tighten the parking brake, and place wheel chocks to prevent movement. Refer to the maintenance manual and locate the designated lifting point on the vehicle body - the battery pack of new energy vehicles is mostly located in the middle of the chassis, and it is strictly prohibited to support the jack on the battery housing, cooling pipeline or high-voltage harness. Check that all components of the pneumatic jack are intact, without any air or oil leakage, and that the support base is stable.

After connecting the gas source, slowly control the lifting of the jack to keep it perpendicular to the ground and avoid uneven loading. During the lifting process, observe the vehicle's posture at all times and stop immediately if any instability is found. After reaching the required height, the mechanical safety bracket must be immediately inserted into the designated support point, and it is strictly prohibited to rely solely on the pneumatic jack to support the vehicle for a long time. Turn off the gas source and confirm that the vehicle is stable before proceeding with maintenance work.

The maintenance of new energy vehicles involves high-voltage systems. If working under the vehicle, it is necessary to first disconnect the high-voltage power supply and wear insulation protective equipment. Regularly calibrate and maintain pneumatic hydraulic jacks to ensure their reliable performance.
