From the appearance of the screw jack alone, it seems like an unimpressive small device. However, judging from its performance, despite its small size, it can lift heavy loads. Moreover, every component inside is of great significance, especially the screw rod, which is not well-known but performs the same powerful supporting and lifting functions as components such as the lifting sleeve.
The lead screw is installed inside the screw jack, located above the base and below the lifting sleeve. It is a component formed through equipment rolling, capable of producing tools with contours without cutting. The thread contours are regularly arranged on the workpiece, featuring high strength, high precision, smoother edges, and a longer service life.

When we rotate the screw jack, the ratchet gear engages with the screw rod, driving it to move up or down, converting rotational motion into linear motion and transforming relatively small human effort into incredibly powerful mechanical force.
