First of all, we need to clarify that the viscosity of hydraulic oil in hydraulic jacks is not constant. Nowadays, it is winter and the weather is extremely cold. The state of hydraulic oil will undergo significant changes under low temperature conditions. Oil molecules will gather and the viscosity will increase, which will cause great resistance to the flow of hydraulic oil. This resistance naturally acts on the handle, making it extremely difficult for the operator to press.

So the difficulty in pressing the hydraulic jack is not a problem with the lifting target, but a change in the viscosity of the hydraulic oil. Guanhang's suggestion is to store the hydraulic jack indoors in winter and maintain the normal state of the hydraulic oil at all times to ensure smooth use of the hydraulic jack.
