Jack is a lifting equipment that can be seen everywhere in daily life and industrial production. The replacement of tires for small cars at home, equipment maintenance in factory workshops, and bridge construction on construction sites are all places where jacks are used. At present, there are many types of jacks, and the ones we commonly use are only three: electric jacks, hydraulic jacks, and screw jacks. So what are the characteristics of these three types of jacks?
1. The electric jack has a pressure maintaining device inside. In order to prevent overpressure, once overpressure occurs, the electric jack cannot return to the expected set position and can achieve the goal of low height and high stroke.
2. The hydraulic jack has a hydraulic cylinder inside, which, like most hydraulic equipment, pushes the sleeve up through liquid pressure. During the return journey, the sleeve is rapidly lowered through the oil drain valve, returning to its initial state. The hydraulic jack provides lubrication and cleaning during use.
3. The internal design structure of the screw jack is relatively complex, mainly relying on the interaction force between machines to lift heavy objects by increasing the torque. This type of jack is the most widely used and has a relatively large lifting tonnage.
These are the three most commonly used jacks in our daily lives. Friends interested in hydraulic jacks can leave a message for consultation.
