Moreover, adjusting the size of the gap directly affects the working performance of the compressor.

A screw jack is a manual tool that, although not as labor-saving as an electric jack, has a significant advantage in fine-tuning. The operator can continuously lift the sleeve according to the current gap situation in order to achieve precise adjustment of the exhaust gap.

When using, first use a screw jack to lift the screw, tighten it, and then install the bearing, ensuring that the bearing is in place. Use the inner ring of the bearing to press the cover tightly before releasing the jack. Install a dial gauge on the exhaust end, place the dial gauge probe against the shaft end, adjust the dial gauge pointer to 0, and lift the jack until the dial gauge index no longer increases.

Install the bearing cover and tighten the cover bolts. Install the dial gauge and push the probe of the dial gauge onto the inner ring cover of the bearing. Jack up the screw jack and check the clearance of the bearing. The clearance should be within the range of 0.015-0.03mm.
