Guan Hang brand hydraulic jack is a commonly used lifting tools. It is composed of oil cylinder, rocker and closing needle valve. It is widely used for lifting operations in factories, warehouses, Bridges, docks, transportation and construction engineering departments.

Lifting operation of hydraulic jack

1: Insert the slotted end of the handle into the oil return valve, tighten the oil return valve in the right hand direction (clockwise).

2: estimate the lifting weight, determine the center of gravity of the lifting weight, select the point of force, correctly placed under the lifting part. If necessary, turn the adjusting screw of the jack to the left hand (counterclockwise) until it contacts the weight.

3: insert the jack handle into the handle sleeve, lift the handle up and down, the piston rod should rise smoothly, lift the heavy object to the ideal height.

Lowering operation of hydraulic jack

1: Take the handle out of the handle sleeve, insert the handle into the oil return valve, and slowly turn the handle in the left hand direction (counterclockwise) to relax the oil return valve.

2: If there is load, the handle can not rotate too fast, and it is advisable to loosen the oil return valve one circle, so that it will slowly decline.

Maintenance of hydraulic jacks

1: refueling/replacing hydraulic oil.

2: put the jack in the vertical state, pump core, piston down to the lowest point.

3: take off the rubber oil plug on the coat, and inject the hydraulic oil after cleaning to the piston mouth.

4: Choose N15 machine oil (GB443-84) when used in the temperature range of 5-45 degrees Celsius above zero, and replace with synthetic spindle oil (GB442-64) when used in the temperature range of 5-29 degrees Celsius below zero.

5: regular inspection, lubrication transmission connecting rod connection, if not in use, the piston rod adjustment screw and pump core should be pressed down, in order to keep clean, rust prevention.

6: try to avoid putting it in a damp environment or places with acid and alkali and corrosive gases.

2: jacks can only be used on the hard horizontal surface, it is forbidden to use several jacks

3: after the heavy lifting, the weight should be supported with a support in time before maintenance operation

4: Do not remove the jack without authorization, in order to avoid functional failure or risk
