The stripe design of the top support part of the screw jack ensures safe operation

The most concerning safety hazard during the lifting operation of a screw jack is the slipping of heavy objects. Due to the large load-bearing capacity of the screw jack itself, once a heavy object slips during lifting, it will not only cause serious damage to ground facilities, but also irreversible damage to the heavy object itself, leading to economic losses and safety risks.

To effectively prevent such accidents, stripe treatment of the top support part of the screw jack is one of the key means to increase the friction force of the contact surface. At present, the top support of mainstream screw jacks generally adopts a circular stripe design: this design can effectively enhance the interaction force between the heavy object and the top support surface by increasing the contact roughness during lifting operations, thereby greatly reducing the possibility of the heavy object easily slipping off due to contact surface sliding, and providing basic safety guarantee for lifting operations.

Such situations will directly weaken the effectiveness of the anti slip design and re amplify the risk of slippage.

In summary, the safe use of screw jacks requires a dual guarantee of "equipment performance" and "human operation": on the one hand, it relies on the improvement of safety performance by the equipment itself in details such as top support design, and on the other hand, it requires operators to simultaneously enhance their safety operation awareness and standardized operation ability. Only by combining the two organically and taking a dual approach can we maximize the safety of the use of screw jacks, lay a solid foundation for the smooth progress of various lifting operations, reduce safety hazards caused by improper operation or insufficient equipment protection from the source, and further enhance the safety and reliability of the overall working environment.
