In lifting operations, the jack not only needs to have sufficient load capacity, but also excellent stability, because only when it is not easy to overturn during the lifting process can the safety of lifting operations be effectively guaranteed. Among them, good terrain conditions are only external objective conditions, and the design of the jack base actually plays a dominant role in ensuring stability.

A stable chassis is the foundation for the smooth operation of the jack. In the design process of jacks, safety issues are always given top priority, especially in terms of balance and stability during lifting. After continuous updates and iterations, the performance of the Crown Jack has almost reached the ideal state. For example, we have implemented an optimized design strategy of thickening and enlarging the base of the jack, which enables the jack to demonstrate better safety and stability during use.

The design intention of thickening the base is to effectively increase the weight proportion of the base, thereby promoting the weight center of the entire jack to be lowered. As is well known, the lower the center of gravity, the better the stability of the object. Increasing the base area is to create a larger contact area between it and the ground, which not only reduces the pressure per unit area but also greatly enhances the overall stability, effectively ensuring the smooth and safe operation of lifting operations.
