Spiral jack is made of ductile iron material, which can utilize the strong bearing capacity of steel lifting components and the transmission ability of the internal mechanical structure of the jack. It uses the head top plate or bottom chassis as a medium to achieve the purpose of lifting heavy objects within a predetermined stroke. When the ground is not hard enough, we can use hard materials such as pads, wooden boards, anti slip pads, bricks, etc. as supports to make the entire lifting process smoother and safer.
Sometimes, we also use a screw jack to lift some expensive mechanical equipment components, precision machinery, or heavy objects that are easily damaged on the surface. Our intention is to complete the lifting operation, and we do not want any wear or damage to heavy products caused by the lifting of the jack. In this case, we can place soft materials such as thin wooden boards and aluminum plates between the head and the object being lifted.
When using a jack, a safety pad should also be placed next to it, and the height of the safety pad should be adjusted in a timely manner as the workpiece rises and falls. When multiple screw jacks are used simultaneously, soft materials with consistent height should be selected.
