Moreover, adjusting the size of the gap directly affects the working performance of the compressor.

Spiral jack is a manual tool, although its manual operation is not as labor-saving as electric jack, it has a significant advantage in fine adjustment. The operator can continuously raise and lower the sleeve according to the current gap situation, in order to achieve precise adjustment of the exhaust gap.

When in use, first use a screw jack to lift the screw, then install it into the bearing and ensure that the bearing is in place. Use the bearing inner ring cover to press down and release the jack. Install a dial gauge on the exhaust end, place the dial gauge probe on the shaft end, adjust the dial gauge pointer to the 0 position, lift the jack until the dial gauge index no longer increases.

Install the bearing cover, tighten the cover bolts, install the dial gauge, place the dial gauge probe on the inner ring cover of the bearing, lift the screw jack, and check the clearance of the bearing. The clearance should be within the range of 0.015-0.03mm.
