When a person stops lifting the rocker arm, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder will only receive the pressure released by the large hydraulic cylinder, and the hydraulic oil will be continuously pressed into the hydraulic cylinder. In addition, as the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder decreases, the large hydraulic cylinder will also experience a relative decrease. Moreover, the long-term support of heavy objects by hydraulic jacks can also reduce the load-bearing capacity of the lifting sleeve, resulting in situations where heavy objects fall or tilt.
